This new distribution facility includes a 110,000 SF refrigerated warehouse, vehicle maintenance facility, and container recycling center as well as a 40,000 SF office building. This project is pursuing LEED certification and features high efficiency lighting and lighting controls, variable air volume air conditioning systems with carbon

dioxide monitoring and integrated building management system for HVAC controls. The project included a new three-compartment high voltage electric utility vault, new natural gas, domestic water and sanitary and storm drainage.
