25 Broadway, The Cunard Building

Tangel Engineering has served The Wolfson Group at several of their properties since 1994.  We have designed many upgrades to this classic landmark building including:

 

New steam turbine centrifugal chiller plant with new high efficiency variable frequency drive pumping systems, free cooling using plate and frame heat exchangers and integrated controls.

 

New cooling towers with a three-cell configuration, variable speed fans, and integrated controls and a separate cooling tower, winterized for year round tenant use.

 

New electric centrifugal chiller (400 tons) for low load and after-hours use.

 

New dual-temperature water distribution system for the upper house perimeter fan coil systems

New stand-by uninterruptable power system and distribution for egress lighting.
