Tangel Engineering has been serving Fitch and its affiliates since 1992.  Since then we have designed over 350,000 square feet of office space in Manhattan’s financial district, including the recent relocation and development of eleven floors at 33 Whitehall Street.  Our various projects for Fitch include:

New data center with independent power feed, n+1 redundant uninterruptable power source, redundant branch circuits to all servers, redundant dedicated data room air conditioning systems, and pre-action fire sprinkler system.

New conference center with six conference rooms, each having dedicated, independent air conditioning systems, automated, integrated lighting control, integrated motorized shades and audio-visual capabilities.

Eleven floors with IT closets served by redundant uninterruptable power systems and redundant data rooms.
